Blade Pusher The blade pusher is activated by an air cylinder. Micrometric adjustment of feed pitch is achieved by turning a pitch adjustment knob. The blade pusher assembly moves on precision linear ways for motion smoothness and accuracy. Coolant Tank The coolant tank is built in the machine cabinet, and is easy to move out for cleaning. It delivers coolant to sharpening area for efficient heat dissipation the band blade and the grinding wheel while removing during sharpening. Grinding Wheel Head The grinding wheel rotation is driven by an AC motor, and controlled through a frequency inverter, allowing for variable speed change. The grinding wheel head can be tilted to suit various tooth shapes. X, Y-Axis Driven by Servo Motors The grinding wheel head feed in forward / back ward direction (Y-axis) and in rightward / leftward direction (X-axis) are driven by independent servo motor. X, Y-axis are transmitted through precision ball screws. Precision liners ways on X, Y-axis permit extra smooth motions.
