APPLICATION: The machine is designed for setting the right and left direction of band blade teeth. This will increases chip removing rate, effectively reducing cutting drag, while increasing cutting efficiency.

Teeth Pusher The teeth pusher stroke is adjustable to suit various teeth pitches. The pusher end is welded with tungsten for maximum wear resistance. Teeth Direction Setting Hand wheel The operator only needs to turn the handwheel for performing teeth setting opreation. Teeth Direction Setting Mechanism The machine is egaipped with one each teeth setting knob at right and left side, which are used for adjusting the right and left diretion of blade teeth. Both setting rods are welded with tungsten for maximum wear resistance.
